Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Compliance Specialist for an opportunity with a client located in Gaithersburg, MD.

Responsibilities:

  • Consulting with the legal department and advising leadership and management on compliance matters
  • Developing and providing employee training on compliance policies, practices, and reporting systems
  • Identifying, investigating, and reporting compliance issues, irregularities, and violations
  • Tracking and responding to complaints
  • Maintaining records of compliance activities
  • Communicating with government agencies
  • Preparing and filing compliance reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree level education
  • 6 months of relevant experience
  • Excellent analytical, written, and oral communications skills.
  • Proven team working skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Project management experience and skills
  • High ethical standards, trustworthy, operating with absolute discretion
  • Knowledge and understanding of compliance function, health care regulations, laws, and standards. Experience in pharmaceuticals or a related industry
  • Experience with administrative tools
