Business Execution Consultant

Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Business Execution Consultant for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.



Responsibilities:

• To represent sales interests at internal meetings
• Support sales with functional questions
• Keep sales CRM systems updated with activity and data to assist with the accurate reporting of sales statistics
• Identify any gaps together with proposals for their resolution
• Business improvement, achieving aggressive productivity targets
• Provide timely, insightful analysis with appropriate level of detail to enable strategic, management and operational decision-making through Structured Reports responses to ad-hoc requests
• Produce comprehensive, clear and concise specifications that follow defined standards
• Explore business process re-engineering with customers to improve the citizen experience
• Ensure the highest quality through the entire project lifecycle
• Ensure specifications undergo formal review and are signed off

Requirements:

• Comprehensive knowledge of process methodology (LEAN, Six Sigma)
• Must have strong interpersonal and networking skills to effectively liaise with internal partners and build teamwork, trust and mutual respect
• Demonstrated ability to work with diversified technical, sales & project management teams
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision & meet deadlines
• Project management experience & proven ability to lead a team to develop and deliver projects for acceptance within cost/schedule constraints
• 3-10 years previous business consulting experience
