Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Business Development/Sales Manager for an opportunity with a client located in Pineville, NC.


  • Direct and oversee sales policies, objectives and initiatives
  • Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs
  • Communicate with Operations Director to bridge communication between Operations and Sales
  • Develop and implement sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
  • Build out and management of existing CRM
  • Responsible for linked in management and development in alignment with company branding/messaging


  • 3+ years of sales experience in the Facilities Maintenance industry
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Proven ability to break new accounts and experience with cold calling
  • Have an established book of business
  • Extremely motivated and have the ability to take initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage and train
